Description: cancelling a timed rank with a player reset will not clear the timer, claiming another non-timed rank before the timer expires will result in that rank being cancelled when the timer expires. (Example below: a permanent-seasonal Rekt book being lost to this.)
Evidence:
My donor rank persisting through a reset and the timer from /freerank's book counting down
loss of all Rekt permissions the following morning as a result of the timer expiring.
